Wayne Hardee
Wayne Hardee has spent more than 40 years in the legal world of personal injury and wrongful death. Wayne is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to every single one of his clients, no matter what brings them through his door.
A North Carolinian through and through, Wayne grew up in Grifton, where he graduated high school before obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1979. He continued schooling at the School of Law at Campbell University in Buies Creek before being admitted to practice North Carolina law in 1982.
In 1982, Wayne started his career as an associate at the James, Hite, Cavendish & Blount law firm in Greenville. Two years later, Wayne opened a law office with his brother, where they practiced together for over three decades. Wayne then opened his own practice at 1609 West Arlington Blvd in Greenville, where he continues to provide unparalleled service to the community and his clients. He will treat your case diligently and do everything he can to ensure you are correctly compensated for your claim.
Wayne lives in Greenville along with his wife Heather and has two children. He has won multiple awards from the community, including the Greenville Jaycees Distinguished Service Award and the NC Baseball Coaches Association Amateur Coach of the Year Award. Allyson Hardee
Allyson Hardee is a graduate of East Carolina University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Community Services in 2011. Allyson continued her education at East Carolina University by earning a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education in 2014 and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She worked as a high school counselor at Arendell Parrott Academy in Kinston, NC and went on to work in sales at Systel Business Equipment. Allyson pursued a legal career to continue her commitment of helping families in the surrounding community. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2022, where she graduated Cum Laude.
Allyson is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Pitt County Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and North Carolina Advocates for Justice. She is also a member of the Terpsichore Guild of Pitt County, Greenville Museum of Art and Greenville Country Club.
Allyson is a native of Fayetteville, NC. She moved to Greenville in 2007 and has called eastern North Carolina her home ever since. She is married to Justin Hardee, a financial advisor at Warner, Hood, Hardee and Stroud Wealth Advisors in Greenville. Allyson and Justin have two young children, and enjoy spending time together with their family and friends.
